Hostel Rules

Applicable rules and regulations for the boys' and girls' hostel

Girls' Hostel Rules

Girls

Girls' Hostel Rules:

1
No dress contrary to Sunnah (Khilafe Sunnat) is acceptable without the approval of the madrasa authority.
2
Students cannot keep cash money under their own responsibility. Pocket money not exceeding 500/- BDT must be deposited with the concerned teacher.
3
The authority reserves the right to censor or check students' letters if necessary.
4
Application must be submitted through guardians to get leave.
5
Night stay must be at the designated place.
6
Involvement in any kind of politics is strictly prohibited.
7
Must write name in the register while leaving and entering the campus during leave or while going on leave.

Girls

Duties of Students:

1
Must strictly follow all rules and regulations of the madrasa and orders of teachers.
2
Dress and purdah must be completely according to Islamic Shariah and Sunnah.
3
Joining any kind of politics, organization, or association is strictly prohibited.

Girls

Interview Rules and Schedule:

1
Interviews can be held on Friday from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM and from after Asr to Maghrib.
2
Contact via mobile phone is possible in case of emergency.
3
Interviewing without permission will be considered as discipline violation.
4
Arrival with guardian after leave and returning at the scheduled time is mandatory.
5
The authority reserves the full power to cancel admission due to discipline violation.

Girls

Holidays for Residential Students:

1
New Students: One day a week (Friday).
2
Old Students: Two days a month.

Girls

Information for Female Guardians:

1
Considering space constraints and overall aspects of Purdah, it is better for female guardians to travel as less as possible.
2
It is mandatory to come wearing full Purdah dress according to Islamic Shariah when coming to the madrasa.

Uniform:

Female Students:

Black Burqa, White Niqab or Hijab, White Pajama, and Black Shoes-Socks.
